Section 10 is one of the most desired communities in Las Vegas.  Section 10 is located just under 5 miles west of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip but still maintains a small neighborhood feel.  One of the things that makes Section 10 unique in Las Vegas is that ALL HOMES are situated on a minimum of 1/2acre  lot.

Section 10 gets its name from the actual section of land that it occupies in Las Vegas, it is literally Section 10 on land and surveying maps.  Section 10 comprises one square mile (640 acres) of land situated West of Rainbow, East of Buffalo, North of Desert Inn, and South of Sahara.
